A weekend of cultural performances, live music, and authentic Serbian cuisine, this event has become a timeless celebration of our heritage, marking its 79th annual gathering next year on June 22nd and 23rd.

The Niagara Tamburasi, formed in 1972, has been a vibrant part of the Niagara community, originally representing St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church. Founded by John Gruyich Jr., the group aimed to share the love of tambura music with future generations. Supported by the late Father Ljubo Stojanovich and taught initially by the Medakovich family and later by Michael Loncarich, the group has performed widely, including memorable concerts in England in 1976. Despite changes over the years, the group reunited in 1989 and 2016, continuing to perform at church events under the leadership of Loncarich. Today, they are an integral part of the St. George and St. Archangel Michael Church community, playing both traditional and contemporary Serbian music.
